If you want to accept yourself more, love yourself more, and feel more worthy on a daily basis, you HAVE TO make this decision.
I know that I always say that there’s no such a thing as “having to do”, we never have to do anything!
But this decision can definitely help you shift something when it comes to believing in yourself and loving yourself more every single day.
Let’s dive right in, as always!! Because why not?!
Catch every one of them!!
On a daily basis, you, me, we have 60’000 thoughts per day.
Some of them are related to ourselves: We are talking about ourselves, we are blaming ourselves, judging…
So, the decision that I want you to take is to CATCH every thought that you see that is about judging yourself, and beating yourself up.
It’s really a skill to practice. We cannot be aware ALL THE TIME of what we are thinking, we have to live a little!
But you CAN observe what you are thinking sometimes during the day and especially when you feel emotions such as: feeling insecure, unsure, powerless, victimized…
And other emotions too!
Just make the decision right now: You are NOT from now on, believing thoughts that make you feel not good about yourself.
Just make the decision, it will save you so much time believing thoughts that aren’t serving you and will stop also thoughts loop and other thought patterns!!
Your self-worth will skyrocket!
By doing that, by catching thoughts that you believe and that aren’t serving you, you’re going to FEEL more WORTHY.
Slowly slowly, you’ll be in control of what you are thinking and NOT the opposite.
You won’t live by default, just believe everything your brain is telling you!
Do you know why your brain is offering you thoughts like these ones?
Because when you think that you’re maybe not good enough, you’re most of the time not taking action.
So your brain is offering you these thoughts to make SURE that you don’t take action because it thinks that you are going to DIE!!
Simply remember: When you have these self-sabotage, self-defeating thoughts, it’s JUST your brain trying to keep you safe.
The way to do is the following one: Thank your brain for its services!! It’s really nice but you’re safe right here right now!
And from now on, we are not beating ourselves up so, no thank you! But thank you for your concern! 🙂
