Who we are. PersonalDevelopmentZone (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website personal-development-zone.com (the “Website”) and provides coaching services and related content. We are the data controller for personal data we collect via the Website and our services. You can contact us at tamara@personal-development-zone.com.
We wrote this policy for a global audience. Depending on where you live, your local laws may give you additional rights; those are summarized below under “Regional Rights.”
By using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1) Who this site is for & children’s privacy
Our Website and services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it. Where local law sets a specific age for online consent (for example, between 13 and 16 in the EEA/UK), we comply with those rules.
2) What we collect

Coaching interactions: information you choose to share for scheduling/coaching.
-
Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics events (via Google Analytics).

4) How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Typical examples: invoices and transaction records up to 7 years; routine correspondence up to 2 years unless needed longer; cookie lifetimes vary.
