By accessing or using Personal-Development-Zone.com (the “Website”) and enrolling in the “Life, Uncomplicated” coaching membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website or Membership means you accept any changes.
2. Eligibility & Global Use
This Website and its coaching services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this Website or enrolling in a membership, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Privacy & Disclaimer
Your use of the Website also signifies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these Terms.
4. Membership, Billing & Cancellations
4.1 Subscription Cycle: The “Life, Uncomplicated” membership is a recurring monthly subscription. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method $37 USD (or the rate applicable to your chosen plan) every 30 days until cancellation.
4.2 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time via the Customer Portal or by emailing us at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership materials and coaching calls until the end of your current paid billing period.
4.3 No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, immediate access to materials, and live coaching services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for partial months or past payments.
5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of your use of this Website or membership will first be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
6. Intellectual Property
All Website and Membership content—including text, images, logos, videos, live call replays, and downloads—is owned by Personal-Development-Zone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not share your login credentials or distribute membership-only content to non-members.
7. User-Generated Content & Group Calls
By participating in group coaching calls, you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded for the benefit of the community. You agree to treat all information shared by other members with strict confidentiality.
8. Third-Party Links & Affiliates
Our Website may contain links to external sites or include affiliate programs (for example, Amazon Associates). We are not responsible for their content or policies. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership access immediately if you violate these Terms, share your login, or engage in disruptive behavior within the coaching community.
