Someone asked me recently: “After coaching many people, how would you say is coaching really helping people?”
And I thought that it may be something people might be curious about!!
So, this is how I came up with 131 ways my coaching help people change their lives and have a positive impact.
Don’t worry, I won’t share 131 of them! 😉
Let’s go with 16 of them!!
Why it matters for you…
I think we all like when things are clearly explained and shown!
When we can get our head around something, knowing more about it and get more familiar with it.
When I’ll go through the list in an instant, it’s going to give you an outlook on how coaching has helped people, how coaching currently changes people’s lives and… How obviously, it can change yours too if you want it to!
Also, I believe in the power of helping each other so if you know anyone that could benefit of coaching and its impact on one’s life, feel free to share it with them! You would be such a great friend/mother/daughter/partner/stranger…!
16 ways coaching helps people change their lives!
The order of the numbers doesn’t have anything to do with the importance or the priority of each one of them.
I just made this list randomly on a Saturday morning (a day off, important precision!) so it was NOT the result of a deep and serious analysis…!
I used the example of the name of Billie which is a person like you and me that has a heart that beats but its sex/official gender designation doesn’t matter in this context…
#1: Billie has a more lighthearted attitude towards life.
#3: Billie smiles and laughs more!
#4: Billie loves themselves more.
#7: Billie questions the veracity of what they’re thinking.
#15: Billie stops at feeling their emotions instead of reacting to them and regretting it later on…
#26: Billie now knows that it’s okay to feel bad.
#35: Billie improves the communication in their romantic relationship.
#68: Billie is becoming the parent they really wanted to be.
#77: Billie stops taking things so personally anymore.
#84: Billie is saying “no” when they want to and feels at peace about it.
#88: Billie is amazing at decision-making.
#100: Billie is more productive and procrastinates less.
#101: Billie sets boundaries from a place of love.
#103: Billie found a sense of purpose and loves waking up in the morning.
#120: Billie doesn’t take their life or themselves too seriously.
#128: Billie appreciates their own company and other people want to hang out with them too!

You can totally be Billie if you want to!
Anything that I shared in this list can absolutely be something that you can see in YOUR LIFE! 😊
You’re not broken, stuck in your patterns, “that kind of person”, it’s all 100% possible for you and I have enough belief for you, do not worry about this!
I always believe my people can 1000% genuinely feel better and get to all the ways presented in the list + the rest to get to the 131…!
And just know something: I stopped at 131 because my hand hurt from writing and I was on my way to eat lunch!
Who knows what would have happened, to what number would have I arrived if I had continued…?
