Recently, I heard so much from you people, my friends, that you want to have meaningful relationships.
That you would love to improve your current ones, make new friends, meet a romantic partner maybe…
So I’ve decided to share with you my BEST tips to do all of that!!
I thought of doing videos so you could see my pretty face on them but then I realized how much I’ve been enjoying walking and listening to audio/podcasts so… That’s what felt most aligned! 🙂

It makes more sense!!
Okay, let me give you a few more details about this…
But first, some rap time!!
As you maybe know it, my birthday was last month.
I was lucky to receive amazing messages and wishes from people all over the world!
I received something very special too and it was a poem by one of my dearest friend and active listener to my podcast!
I know you’ll recognize yourself and I can’t be thankful enough for all the compliments and… For this AWESOME piece of art, this incredible poem!!
He recorded it for me and I almost published it!
But then I realized that I wanted to surprise him by rapping it myself so…
There you go!

Why I decided to do this “Bond Builder Series”
I’m not sure I shared the title of the podcast series!!
I named it “The Bond Builder Series” because I want you, me, to BOND, to deeply connect with other people.
The primitive part of our brain (the one our brothers and sisters also had back then living in caves!) was actively looking to be a part of the tribe!
Back then, being an “outsider” meant literally dying!
Since this is what a part of our brain today is wired to do, I’m going to serve this need by telling you how you can be more connected and find your place in this tribe we live in today!!
And the “tribe” reason put aside, even people who identify themselves as introverts can benefit from having meaningful relationships with other people… I believe!!
So, I’m sure that there is something for everyone in this podcast series!
The problems that I saw people struggling with were that brought me to wanting genuinely to help them were:
- Loneliness, feeling like you’re different, you’re alone and no one really cares about you…
- Communication issues: wanting to communicate with someone but finding that it’s hard to understand each other, even if we speak the same language! Also, being misunderstood… That sounds very frustrating, right?!
- Conflicts and having different opinions: not agreeing and making it mean that we cannot get along…
These examples are simply to show you how navigating relationships is something we can learn and I have the best news ever!!

Again and again, I find myself repeating it but… Imagine we would learn THIS STUFF at school, right? 🙂
Some logistics!!
We all love some logistic details or… Is it just me?!
I’ve decided to do this in February because it’s the month of Valentine’s Day!!
But I do believe that it’s nice to have this official special day with a +1 romantic partner AND… It’s just even more awesome to have amazing relationships with this person but also with friends, with a family member, with strangers and… (drum roll), with OURSELVES, obviously!!
This relationship is the most important one (of course! You knew I would say that!!).
So, the event will take place like this, as easy at this:
There will be a total of 6 episodes:
Episode 1 will air on Monday, the 5th of February and the title is: The Bond Builder Series: Deeply Connect With… a Family Member!
Episode 2 will air on Tuesday, so the 6th of February and is called: The Bond Builder Series: Deeply Connect With… a Friend!
Episode 3 one day after, on Wednesday the 7th of February and is called: The Bond Builder Series: Deeply Connect With… a Stranger!
They won’t be too long episodes and you’ll have some time to listen to them after if you got a bit behind (of course, we’re never behind, being behind is a thought!)…
The PART II of this awesome podcast series will air the week after following this plan:
Monday 12th of February: The Bond Builder Series: Deeply Connect With… a Romantic Partner!
February 13th of February: The Bond Builder Series: Deeply Connect With… a Date!
February 14th: The Bond Builder Series: Deeply Connect With… YOURSELF!
I know I know… If you’re listening to this and you have a romantic partner, you don’t see the point of listening to the one on dating!
Or if you’re dating, you don’t feel like “connecting with a romantic partner” is your #1 on your to-do list!!
But I do believe there is something for you in every episode!!

Another logistic detail that is coming in is that the price for my 4-month coaching package will rise on Monday, the 19th of February.
