A few months ago, a very good friend of mine told me that this Morning Routine will completely “change my life”.
So I googled it and I found Stefan’s Morning Ritual Mastery course, I enrolled really quickly and I will tell you why I think that you should too!

Back then, I really didn’t want to leave my cozy bed…
I remember a few months ago waking up, looking at the hour on my iPhone and being like “Oh no… I already need to wake up and go to work…” and I was counting how many more days I needed to be tired like this until the weekend.

You always want to be a positive person, a smiling person, the kind of person that isn’t complaining about that because “you have a roof, a job, friends, and family” but still, it wasn’t enough for me…

But I was very much counting the days and not making them count AT ALL… I knew that I was missing something but what?! What can I do?!
We all have a kind of morning routine… but, is it the right one for us?
We all have a kind of routine in the morning.
I used to wake up, checked my phone if I got any messages or e-mails and then get out of bed.
I dressed up, ate breakfast and left for work. Also, each Sunday night I was depressed and sad because I knew that I will need to wait another 5 days to be able to stay in my cozy bed as long as I want to…
Have you ever felt that way? Let me tell you something, it’s not supposed to be like this!
I wish someone would have told me/taught me this!
For sure, this kind of morning routine wasn’t the right one for me, it wasn’t the one that made me live the life that I wanted to live…
I was skeptical at first…
I’ve never been someone who likes to wake up in the morning.
So when my friend told me that he started waking up an hour before he needed to leave for work, I said to myself “there’s absolutely nothing that can take me out of bed soooo much time before going to work”.
Also, hearing the word “routine” sounded really like a burden, something that I will need to do and not something that I will choose to do.
I looked at the price of the course and said to myself “37$ isn’t too expensive to live the life that I want to live, it’s worth the try”.
Also, my friend told me that it considerably changed his life so…
Again, if it was working, I said to myself that it’s not too expensive to change my life 🙂

I actually took this course more than a month ago, but I like to see if I’m truly using the knowledge learned in the courses that I took before recommending them.

One is a very practical guide and advice from Stefan and the other one is an amazing quality video of Stefan sharing his how to get the Master Mentality that will make you become the master of your life!
Videos or audio
You can watch the video or you can listen to the audio version of each day sitting in your car driving, walking to the office or even at the gym.
I watched the videos when I could because I prefer looking at the instructor talking to me, but if not, I’m fine with listening to podcasts or any other audio version while walking or driving.
I remember listening to him during the video of the first day and getting excited in front of my computer and saying to myself “I also want to live that!”
So I followed his advice and started transforming my life.
He’s saying in the course of Day 1 that the course will help you “transform your life and take it to the next level by applying a simple morning routine”.
The worksheets and other resources
Each day, you also have access to a worksheet.
The worksheet is great to keep traces of what you learned and did during your morning ritual and see where you are in the whole process.
To be honest, I didn’t feel like I needed to answer all the questions every day, but it helped me having a general view of my journey by creating myself a morning routine.
Also, you’ll get other resources with quotes and other affirmations that will guide you in the direction of how you want it to look like.
I remember reading that “the past does not equal the future” and it made me look forward into my life and stop looking at what I should have done or should I said, but to focus on the present.
What I also liked is the community that gathered Stefan with this course.
You really feel part of a family that is learning the same thing and that is asking the same questions you may ask yourself such as “will I be able to keep doing the routine after the 7 days course?”.
Being part of the community and being consistent with watching the videos each day will answer to all of the questions you will have, I’m sure…
” How does a morning routine look like? “
I remember asking myself this question.
Stefan will give you answers to this question, but I can tell you that my daily routine includes drinking a glass of water, washing my face, reading a book and reading my affirmations and meditating.
There are other things that I like to do but I just wanted to give you a glance and not boring you 🙂
Body, mind, and spirit
During your daily routine, you are working/developing/taking care of 3 aspects of yourself: your body, your mind, and your spirit.
Stefan is saying that the things that you will do in your routine will help you feel better about yourself on these 3 levels in your daily life.
For example, I’m reading every day 4 pages of a book (mind), I’m exercising 10 minutes with simple exercises (body), and I’m reading the affirmations that give me the strength to live the life I truly dream of living (spirit).
On the page where I enrolled in the course, I remember reading that:

I remember that he said in one of his videos that “how you will start the day will tell you how you will spend your day” and it’s true!
I’m waking up excited and thrilled because I started to be really active in my life and not the way I used to be passive about it (waiting for weekends and for the holidays!).
You should definitely go for it!
We all are the same I guess: it’s hard to change habits and even harder to keep a new habit!
For this, I liked that Stefan took into consideration the fact that we should reward ourselves for the efforts and the fact that it’s not easy to be consistent in keeping this new morning routine.
I felt understood and confident that I was going in the right direction, even if sometimes my routines were a bit shorter and I was feeling too much like doing it.
I kept pushing and now, even if it’s a 10 minutes routine, I simply can not start the day without it.
