There is something we all really want to change in our life but it seems impossible…
What is it for you?
And from today, how can you slowly slowly take the next step to making it possible?!

The real problem…
When we feel stuck and we really want to change something, we focus SO MUCH unconsciously on WHY we cannot get there.
It seems like we find all proof, all evidence as to why we cannot make this happen in our life, why we cannot get unstuck!
It’s so frustrating because we find ourselves in a spiral, in a pattern of thoughts such as:
- I’ve never succeeded at it so it’s never going to be successful…
- I should already be there, get there!
- Something must be wrong with me!
- This is what my life should be I think…
Let’s have a look at what to do from there!
Let’s make peace.
The very first step is to make peace with what we have been believing until today.
The brain just wants to be efficient so it will offer us thoughts and then, since it LOVES, it THRIVES on being right, it will look for proof and evidence as to why it’s right!
So, when you really want your life to change and you have thoughts such as “it’s always going to be the same”, just make peace with the fact that this is what happened until today, nothing was wrong, and it doesn’t have to be like this from now on! 🙂
The only difference is that we have to give AMAZING direction to our precious brain!
I like the idea that “your brain is like a toddler with a knife”, a bit extreme but there is some truth that if it’s not supervised, it will NOT help you in living your best life!!
Always remember: Your brain’s job isn’t to make you happy, it’s to keep you ALIVE! 🙂
What direction then?!
Amazing question!
Now that you made peace with how things were until now (believing old and repetitive thoughts and it’s okay!), we’ll focus on how to direct our brain.
This thing that you want to be different, how can you find supportive thoughts to believe that you can totally get there, that it’s 100% possible actually!!
I’ll give you an example, it will be much simpler!
I’m learning American Sign Language. These were my main thoughts, my main beliefs:
- It’s going to take so much time to sign fluently!
- There’s so much vocabulary…
- They are talking very fast!!
- I need to be an expert…
I made peace with thinking and believing these thoughts!
I now moved on to:
- I already understand much better than when I started. I am further ahead.
- I’m a visual learner so this is perfect for me!
- I don’t have to be an expert to already coach in it.
- I can make this journey fun and easy.
These thoughts feel SO MUCH better!! 🙂
You can feel the difference in how you’re feeling in your body.
Some thoughts will make you feel tight inside and some will make you feel free, expansive, excited, at peace!
And it is 100% in your control what you choose to believe on a daily basis! 🙂
In summary…
As you can see, as I always say, your attitude determines your experience.
It’s okay to not be conscious of what we are thinking and believing.
Now, it’s the time to question if we want to keep on thinking these thoughts or if they are simply not serving us!
Raise awareness around what you are currently thinking around this, that you are stuck and that seems impossible.
And then, choose supportive thoughts!
Don’t forget: To move the needle, to get somewhere, it’s not really about WHAT you’re doing but much more in WHO you’re being, what you’re thinking, what you’re believing.
