What You Will Learn...
Abundance VC Scarcity
So you probably heard of it!
Abundance is more a feeling when you think thoughts such as:
“There is enough.”
“I have plenty of time.”
“I can always improve.”
You feel like there is tons of everything!
In opposition of scarcity thoughts such as:
“I don’t have enough time.”
“There’s not enough.”
Scarcity is really when you feel like a LACK of something/everything.
Focus on the now!
I really summarized it super easily! 😉
But what is interesting is that it looks like a lot of gurus in the personal development industry focuses on teaching people how to reach for goals, how to improve ourselves, etc.
And I really believe that it’s important to create our future from our future (to become who we want to become), I also find it essential to enjoy where we are now, who we are and what we have.
How do you do that practically?

Want you have!
We focus a lot on what we want to have, what we are working for!
But it’s important to also want what you currently have.
Why is that?
Because you will feel so much abundance, it’s going to feel amazing!
Try it out!
Wish for something you currently have.
I want to have a very comfortable to sleep in tonight.
I want to have my wonderful husband next to me later.
I want to read 3 pages of that really nice book tonight.
I want to take a nice shower and put on comfortable clothes after that.
I want to watch an episode of that TV show “true detective” that is amazing, because I absolutely loooove thrillers and crime drama/tv shows!
Do the same exercise!
You can want what you have today but also you can think of a few days ahead.
For example, I want to have plans on Friday for lunch.
And I do! In a restaurant that I love!
Just thinking about it makes me so happy and excited!

We always think that we’re going to feel this way!
What is fascinating is that we really think that one day, we’re finally going to feel better.
- When we’ll get married, we’re going to feel “loved”?
- When we’ll have kids, we’re going to feel “fulfilled”
- When we’ll have a nice job, we’ll feel “quiet”
The funny thing is that when the time comes, something else will come up!
And we won’t ever feel completely content! Why is that?!
Because as Brooke Castillo loves to say: “Life is 50/50”.
Half of the time, we’ll feel positive emotions, and the other half, we’ll feel negative emotions.
So, no matter what we will accomplish or where we’ll go with our life, we’ll never feel exactly how we want to feel.
There will always be challenges and obstacles, even when reaching our goals.
To sum up!
So, feeling more abundance when you want what you already have is amazing because you don’t have to get something or to reach for a goal to feel a certain way!
You can already feel this way!
You can do this by enjoying what you currently have.
Also, when you do this, you are building your self-confidence.
Because you look at your reality with abundance and again, you feel more in control of your life!
And feeling in control is always an amazing boost for your confidence! 🙂
