Actually, if you truly feel like you’ve tried everything until right now, let me tell you this: YOU ARE CLOSER THAN EVER!!
Why is that?!
I’m always very happy when people tell me that they would love me to help them but they are kind of skeptical because they did try everything and they don’t believe it’s possible for them…
Let me tell you this: YOU ARE CLOSER THAN EVER especially BECAUSE you’ve tried everything under the moon!!
How could that be true for your situation?
What makes this statement true to you?
I truly believe that the more we tried something, the better we get at it! Why not believe this to be true?!
Also, it goes with the idea that we have to be somewhere, so this is where we are right now!
And what if we are always exactly where we are supposed to be?!
Think about this for a minute, I absolutely love these thoughts! 🙂
You’ve been working on the ACTIONS!
The thing that is actually happening is that you’ve been working only on the ACTIONS probably.
What you’ve been doing is that you’ve been putting a bandage on a wound but without taking care of the wound itself.
You know that what you are thinking generates what you are feeling.
And always, from that feeling, you are taking (or NOT taking!) certain actions.
And this is where the magic RESIDES!
You’ve been changing the actions only but it does not matter how many actions you change if you are still thinking the same thoughts!!
The example that my clients always like is the one of someone wanting to stop snacking at night while watching TV.
But it does not matt
