That’s right!
- No need to get a different job.
- No need to meet someone.
- No need to lose that weight.
You can feel this way right now!
How? By choosing the right thoughts!
We never learned it but actually, your thoughts create your feelings!
And you need to choose your thoughts the way you’re choosing your clothes in the morning.
Choose thoughts that SERVE you!
This is why, if you want to feel a certain way, you can start feeling like this right here right now!

Ask yourself: Who do you want to be?
We never really take the time to do it.
And it goes with what I just described right before: You don’t need to be super fit or to be super healthy to feel this way!
You can choose to feel a certain way by controlling the thoughts that you’re having!
For the idea of this week, I want you to focus more on how you just want to feel.
I want to ask you:
Who do you want to be in your life?
How do you want to show up?
- As a friend?
- As a partner/spouse?
- As a brother/sister?
- As a parent?
- As an employee?
- As an entrepreneur?
- As a boss?
- As yourself? How does your future self look like?
We don’t take the time to do this!
Think about it.
For example, as a friend, I want to show up like this:
- Asking how they are often.
- Sharing with them new ideas.
- Asking their point of views of some questions/ideas that I have.
- Being there for them and reminding them this.
- Remembering the good times we had!
- Laughing with them.
- Planning for the future!
What about you?
Behave like this already!
You can already behave like this!
You don’t need to meet them or to see them at an event (wedding, birthday, etc.) or that something needs to happen.
Just behave as you would like to show up!
When you’re showing up as a friend…
- How do you behave?
- What are you thinking?
- How are you feeling?
And do that already!
No need to wait more time! 🙂
